Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description- Part Time

About the Role:
As a BCBA at KCAS, you'll be at the heart of what we do. You'll design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, mentor a dedicated team of Behavior Technicians, and collaborate closely with families and educators to create real, lasting change. You will choose your caseload, spanning in-home, center-based, school-based, and community settings. This is a flexible, hourly role ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and families.
Compensation:
$70-$85 hourly (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making
- Provide parent training and support
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA, Special Education or related field
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms
Availability:
- Weekdays
- Flexible scheduling based on caseload

Compensation: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
